Based in PAA’s Montréal office, Élodie Colliard provides strategic advice on public policy, regulatory and communication issues to clients across a number of sectors including technology and financial services.

Élodie joined PAA in 2019 and specializes in Quebec politics. She previously worked in the Quebec government at the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion within the Immigration Policy and Program Development Department.

Élodie holds a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the Université de Montréal. As part of her university course, Élodie participated in the prestigious National Model United Nations held at the United Nations headquarters in New York, where she was able to deepen her already considerable communications and negotiations skills.
