Julie Groleau joined PAA’s Montréal office in 2019. She has extensive communications experience working in politics and with the media —giving our clients a strategic advantage across the board.

After completing her master’s degree in Communication at the Université de Montréal, Julie served as communication lead for the Quebec Minister of the Environment and then as press secretary for the Bloc Québécois caucus in Ottawa. Her expertise in strategic communication and media relations, combined with her in-depth knowledge of political and governmental operations in Ottawa and Quebec parliaments, give Julie a uniquely broad perspective to address all manner of client issues and concerns. Julie’s mastery of French and English and her superlative abilities in writing and communicating on any topic prove invaluable in the work and advice she provides her key clients.
